Alan Partridge is to co-host a Christmas special of TFI Friday.
Steve Coogan's comedy creation will host alongside regular presenter Chris Evans on December 18 with guests on the night including comedians James Corden, Jack Whitehall and Lee Mack and singer Tom Jones.
Regular host Chris Evans said: "Having staggered through nearly 200 TFI rehearsals and live shows, it’ll be a relief to see how it should be done by Norfolk’s master of broadcasting."
Speaking about his TV gig, Partridge is quoted as saying: "I was honoured to receive the invitation to co-present Thank Frig It’s Friday. The fee was more than generous, and as soon as I received photographic evidence my dressing room had its own shower, I signed on the dotted line."
Music on the night will come from Bryan Adams, Lianne La Havas and Elle King.
Meanwhile, Alan Partridge's Mid Morning Matters is to return for a second series in 2016.
The series, which first aired on Sky in 2012, will be once again written by Steve Coogan alongside Neil Gibbons and Rob Gibbons.
Writer Neil Gibbons recently confirmed on Twitter that the second series will premiere in February of next year.
Coogan, in the character of Partridge, previously said of the show's return: "I am both thrilled, humbled, gladdened and excited to be bringing Mid Morning Matters back to Sky Atlantic."
"I expect those who doubted its success feel suitably chastened to never again doubt the wisdom of my career choices and to say nothing in response unless their comments are wholly supportive and positive. I hope I've made myself clear... thank you, let's leave it there."
