Hillary Clinton has appeared on stage at a Miami concert of best-selling 'tropical salsa' artist Marc Anthony, later tweeting to ask fans to join 'Latinos for Hillary'. Marc Anthony was playing the first of two sold-out Arena shows in Miami, and Billboard.com have reported from the show, saying it was "hard to discern who approved and who disapproved, though the fist-shaking of some was an indication." They report that Anthony welcomed Clinton to the stage, saying: "I want to recognize someone who came to the concert tonight. Please, with all the respect in the world, let’s hear it for Hillary Clinton.” Anthony is a huge figure in the Latino music scene, having won two Grammys and sold in excess of 12 million albums worldwide. He is a known Democrat, and performed 'The Star-Spangled Banner' at the Democratic Convention in 2012. Clinton herself is said not to have spoken at the concert.
